Lingerie League: Progression or Regression?

I get it. Men like football and men like sexy women. Men like sexy women in lingerie. Men like sexy women in sexy lingerie. Men like sexy women in sexy lingerie playing football.

I like football. I like sexy men. But, I don't necessarily want to see men play football in lingerie. I don't know. Maybe it's the thought of seeing some of those linemen, both offensive and defensive, in a lacy sexy bustier and garter. Not sure I even want to see Tim Tebow in one of those either.

While I wish I had the body that some of the women in the Lingerie League have, the truth is that I feel that the Lingerie League is degrading to women.

How much do you think that the hot guys of the NFL would feel if we asked them to play shirtless and/or pantless? You think Brian Urlacher would love to be sexualized by women? I mean, women already do and I'm sure the players realize that to some degree. And I'm sure they capitalize on it.

But, do you think for one minute that women sexualize men half as much as men sexualize women? No, we don't. Not to the level of men.

I'm all for Jay Cutler playing pantless...or shirtless. I'm okay with Aaron Rodgers playing shirtless...or pantless. I'm perfectly fine with Tim Tebow or Sam Bradford playing in the buff. Do you think they'd go for it? It would certainly change the game of football. A tap would be all it would be for a tackle. There'd be no really big hits or running plays.

Guys would be uncomfortable if they were looked at as they looked at the same way they look at women.

But, women! Take heed! I have two shirtless shots of two really hot quarterbacks. One for the women who remember the 1980s and one for the women...ah hell. One's an older retired hottie and the other is a younger still playing hottie.

Ladies, I present to you:

Troy Aikman:

Tim Tebow:

Enjoy. I know I am. :)
